And yet… in the workplace? Taboo. 🚧

Say “I love you” at work? Oh no. 😱

Inappropriate! 🚫

Boundaries! ⚠️

I get it. Context matters. 🧠 Safety matters. 🛑

RESPECT Matters. ✊

The fear? All this love talk will blur lines and lead to bad things—harassment, awkwardness, weirdness, abuse, lawsuits. ⚖️🚫

The belief? Love isn’t professional.

The truth? Being a professional is ALL about love. 🏆

To be great at what you do? You LOVE it. ❤️‍🔥

To be a great leader? You LOVE your people. 💙

I do.

💙 Love my colleagues.
💙 Love my clients.
💙 Love the people who work for me.
💙 Love the people I work for.

All of them. 💯

Respect and love them. 🤝❤️

And honestly? “Sincerely” and “Best Regards” just don’t do it for me.

…I’ll often add something about respect too, just so I don’t completely scare the hell out of people. 😆

Unprofessional? Don’t care. 🚀

Worth the risk? Absolutely. 💯
