I learn new stuff from them all the time.

Which reminded me of something I learned from Seth Godin:
“Remarkable” means people are able to remark about it.
Out loud. With words. To other humans.

So I asked my client:
“When’s the last time you experienced something remarkable?”

My client didn’t blink.
“My wife and I. Our last vacation. Poolside. No laptops. Just us. We felt connected. And taken care of.”

Boom.
That’s the formula.
