Hopes. Dreams. Problems.

(Same as 2,000 years ago.)

Yesterday my family and I hit the British Museum in London.

I’ve been a bunch of times. Still hits hard.

If you want to stare ancient civilization in the face 🏛️ — that’s the spot.

— Statues
— Helmets
— Household junk turned holy relic 🗿

It always makes me wonder…

Who were the people who made this stuff?

What were they dreaming about?

What kept them up at night?

We’ll never know for sure —

And odds are, their inner world wasn’t so different from yours 🤔

Sure, they weren’t worried about email 📬

But family, safety, love, meaning?

That’s timeless ❤️

The problems you’re dealing with today?

They echo back 4,000 years ⌛

And here’s the kicker:

Problems aren’t a glitch in the matrix.

They are the matrix 🧠

It’s the condition of the game 🎮

We don’t get life without the hard parts.

You’re not failing.

You’re just human.

And you’re playing the same ancient game as every generation before you 🔁
