They declared independence —
boldly, in writing, to the most powerful empire in the world 🏛️

It wasn’t “appropriate.”
It was clear. It was loud 🔊
It changed the course of history 📜

Too many job seekers are stuck waiting:

Waiting for the recruiter to get back
Waiting for someone to give them a shot 🎯
Waiting for the “perfect” time to act

Doing a lot of “thinking about it” instead of moving on it 🤔

You think history gets made by the most patient people?

No, son.

History gets made by the ones who go first 🚀

Who speak up 🗣️

Who lead 

Who take a chance 🎲

You don’t want to be liked by everyone.
You want to be clear

So today, declare independence from:
Playing small 🎭
Filtering your voice 🔇
Waiting for permission 🕰️

Declare independence from the fear of being “too much.”

Declare independence from the myth of being “appropriate.”

Lead with boldness 💥

Say what you mean ✍️

And if the world doesn’t get it right away?
