Stop Telling Yourself All These Lies
Mar 14, 2025
You’re a liar.
๐ ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ด, ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฟ.
Liar, liar, pants on fire. ๐ฅ
You lie to yourself all the time.
Lies like this:
“I can’t do it.” โ
“I’m not good enough.” ๐คฆโ๏ธ
“I’m stupid.” ๐คฏ
“I’m ugly.” ๐
“I’m weak.” ๐
“I don’t deserve to be happy.” ๐
“Everybody will make fun of me.” ๐ณ
“I’ll just have to settle.” ๐
“I’m too old.” โณ
“I’ll always be alone.” ๐ถโ๏ธ
“I’m unlucky.” ๐โ
Lie after lie after lie.
How do I know you lie like a champ?
Because I do it too. ๐คทโ๏ธ
We all do.
These lies don’t just sit in the background—they sneak up when we’re at our strongest, waiting to take us down. ๐
And while we may not completely stop telling ourselves these lies, at least on this Earth…
We sure as #$%^ can stop believing them.
