Even though they really want courage 🧍♂️

“We received an overwhelming number of applications…”
Translation?
Stay in your lane. Wait your turn. Ask for permission 🙄
More accurate: they don’t need another rule follower.
They need someone bold enough to break the script 💥
So break it.
Here’s how:
Follow up even if they tell you not to 📧
Circumvent the recruiter if the portal is a black hole 🕳️
Apply even if you’re not “qualified” 🎯
Send that second message.
Send that third one too 💬
Be willing to offend in the name of service ⚔️
Have the courage they pretend to want 🫡
Give them the boldness they didn’t know how to ask for 💡
Don’t be the applicant they want.
